KinderStar (age 5/ Kindergarten)

This class is designed to help the young MegaTot adjust easily into a GymStar program. The class meets (1) time per week for 1 hour. The first 15 minute minutes will begin with cardio and stretches on the main floor with their instructor. The class is coed and involves the use of both boys and girls equipment. Children who enroll in this class must already have been participants of Nittany's MegaTot program for a minimum of two years.
